Recorded Sessions
We want our students to achieve the maximum amount of success possible in school. To help our students have additional study aids and to keep up with the technology and times, we have implemented a session recording process. In other words we record everything which is seen or spoken while using our online whiteboard during a tutoring session. This means that within a hour after completing the tutoring session we provide our students with a hyperlink to a recorded copy of their tutoring session.
The recorded tutoring session does a couple of good things. First it give the students and extra resource for quiz and exam preparation, or just to review their most recent lesson. Second it gives parents a piece of mind that they are always getting a good value for their money and helps Planettutor to build a trust relationship with the family. Third at Planettutor we use the recording to also allow us to continually check on the quality of the tutoring sessions our tutors provide.
